Everett, the owner and president of BHBCo, works on and leads most of our business-valuation and consulting assignments, and he manages certain of BHBCo’s internal functions.

Tom McGraw is respected as a skilled adviser — in handling insurance-agency mergers and acquisitions and in assisting local and regional agencies in growing and prospering through leadership development, fair owner/producer-compensation arrangements, effective perpetuation strategies, and regularly scheduled general agency planning.

John joined BHBCo in 2016, bringing his considerable expertise in the areas of agency perpetuation, strategic planning, organizational design, profit improvement, and mergers and acquisitions.

Bonita E. Burke  »

Bonnie is Brian’s wife and business partner. She is responsible for the editing and quality of BHBCo’s reports and publications and serves as the company’s secretary/treasurer.

Jeanne joined BHBCo in December 2012. Jeanne is responsible for various administrative functions that support our staff as well as our clients.
