Founded in 1983, B. H. Burke & Co., Inc. (BHBCo), based in Cheshire, Connecticut, provides business-valuation and consulting assistance to independent insurance agencies and brokerages on matters of agency finance, operations, and management.
Brian H. Burke is the founder and chairman of BHBCo and is a frequent speaker and writer on agency issues. BHBCo has worked with hundreds of agencies and carriers in most parts of the country and in Mexico and Canada, as well as with several banks and other financial institutions. Brian is also a Director of InsurBanc, a federally chartered financial institution that specializes in lending and other services for the insurance-agency community.
