for Banks |
We assist banks with specific insurance-agency acquisitions, but we also
advise them on the subject in general. In doing so, we help them
develop realistic expectations about cash flow, earnings, growth in value,
and organic growth in the agency's customer base. We also provide
consulting assistance on agency-management structure, management
compensation, and owner compensation.
Finally, we provide business-valuation services for planning, tax
management, and SFAS 141 and 142 purposes.
